API access is included in the Trade plan (5,000 calls/month) and the Desk plan (unlimited). Monitor is a report-only plan with no API access. If you need to pull forecast data into a procurement system or ERP, Trade or Desk is the right starting point. API documentation is available to all early-access subscribers before you commit.

Monitor customers receive a consolidated weekly digest delivered every Monday. Trade customers receive daily forecast updates published each morning before 6:00 AM CT. Desk customers get real-time signal updates as new data arrives from source feeds throughout the day, plus the same daily consolidated digest. Weather and freight signals update most frequently; USDA yield data follows WASDE and weekly progress release schedules.

Yes. Commodity coverage requests are reviewed quarterly. We assess data availability, signal density, and customer demand for each request. Submit a request through the contact page and include which markets you source from and your typical volume. There is no guarantee of addition, but coverage requests from paying customers receive priority consideration.

During early access, we offer a two-week onboarding period where you can evaluate the forecast quality for your specific commodities before your first billing cycle begins. This is not a public self-serve trial; you will be working with our team to set up your commodity list and review initial forecast output together. Apply via the early-access form and we will schedule a setup call.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice before renewal. There are no refunds for partial months or unused annual periods. Early-access pricing is locked in for 12 months from your start date, regardless of when we adjust list prices for new subscribers.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
